Introduction

We’ve recently transformed the water management systems of Bruce Farms in scenic Blairgowrie, Scotland. This involved the design and installation of cutting-edge irrigation, filtration, and fertigation systems to optimise water use and quality.

In our yard, we initially installed a pH control system in a self-contained pump room. This crucial addition ensured ideal pH levels for the farm’s water supply, promoting optimal crop growth. The pump room, a hub for water management, was equipped with all essentials, including a pump, irrigation controller, fertigation rig, filters, and 20 valves.

The Final Step

Upon completion, we transported the pump room to Blairgowrie, integrating it smoothly into the farm’s existing set-up. We also built a sizeable 350 cubic metre water storage tank on-site. This guarantees a steady, ample water supply to meet the farm’s needs.

Finally, we established a dedicated fertigation room with agitators and recirculation pumps. This has enabled precise nutrient delivery in the water, significantly improving crop health. This complete transformation at Bruce Farms illustrates the power of modern, bespoke solutions to enhance agricultural efficiency and productivity, no matter the location.
